Marcus & Millichap announced that Andee Robb has joined Marcus & Millichap as head of Retail Leasing & Advisory Services, a newly established role. Over more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Robb has held senior leadership positions with leading retail real estate organizations, most recently serving as VP of transaction management within JLL’s Retail Corporate Services group.
“Andee will lead the development and expansion of our retail leasing business, partnering closely with our agents to identify new opportunities, strengthen retailer engagement, and evolve our leasing platform and service offerings to clients across North America,” said J.D. Parker, Marcus & Millichap’s EVP and COO. “Andee’s leadership, industry relationships, and strategic expertise will play a critical role as we expand our retail leasing capabilities.”
Robb’s appointment marks Marcus & Millichap’s third major senior retail leadership hire this quarter. In May, the firm appointed longtime retail real estate specialist Michael Puline to the position of senior managing director and national director of retail. Earlier in June, the company named Thomas Gorman senior managing director and national net lease division leader.
