CVS Acquisition Brings Placentia Retail Center Under Sole Ownership

NewMark Merrill Companies has acquired the CVS Pharmacy building within Placentia Town Center, a 142,666-square-foot retail center located on the southwest corner of Yorba Linda Boulevard and Kraemer Boulevard in Placentia, California. Deal terms were not disclosed.
