Choate Construction Moves HQ to Perimeter Campus

Choate Construction Company signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to a 57,000-square-foot space at Terraces, the two-building, 1 million-square-foot Class-A office campus in Atlanta’s Perimeter submarket.

Founded in 1989, Choate Construction Company’s new office will be located in North Terraces. Choate’s 200+ Atlanta-based employees will officially move into the new space in Q1 2027.

Rising 11 stories across from Perimeter Mall, Terraces features two on-site restaurants, conference facilities, a fitness center, and a variety of outdoor gathering spaces. Terraces is now 80% leased.

JLL’s Brooke Dewey and Glenn Aspinwall oversee leasing and marketing efforts for the property on behalf of MetLife Investment Management. Jeff Heller and John Winter of Stream Realty Partners represented Choate’s interest in the transaction.
