Corner windows above the counter look out to the lake, the kind of decision that suggests the renovation was planned around the site rather than dropped onto it.
Just off the kitchen, a built-in bar with glass shelving and a wine refrigerator handles the entertaining side of things. A breakfast area and snack counter give the house casual places to eat. The more formal table moves out to the Florida room, which the listing describes as a Florida and dining combination.

The primary suite is 19 by 18 feet under a vaulted ceiling, with a sitting area set into a bay of windows on the lake side. Two armchairs and a small table fit there comfortably, and the view from them is water, lawn and sky. The bath is bright, with skylights overhead, a long dual-sink vanity, a Roman tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Walk-in closets are fitted with cabinetry.
The second bedroom is larger than most at 23 by 14 feet, and the third measures 20 by 12. Each is served by a full bath renovated in the same vocabulary as the rest of the house: glass shower enclosures, clean tile, current fixtures. With every bedroom and bath on the home’s single level, the plan adapts easily. In the listing photographs, one of the rooms is set up as an office, with a desk and a sofa.

An open patio sits just outside, and the lawn runs from there to the water’s edge. Mature trees and palms frame the view across the lake to the far shore. The Loxahatchee Club occupies roughly 340 acres in central Jupiter, with 285 homes arranged around a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, some 71 acres of freshwater lakes and 40 acres of greenbelt. The course opened in the mid-1980s and was named Best New Private Course by Golf Digest in 1985. It is a par-72 layout of about 7,150 yards, routed as two returning nines, and Nicklaus has called it one of his most imaginative designs.
The community is gated and staffed by a guard, and the association amenities listed for the property include the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, sauna, tennis courts, bocce, a library and jogging paths. Jupiter’s beaches, the Loxahatchee River and Interstate 95 are each a short drive from the gate, and Palm Beach International Airport is roughly half an hour south.
Buyers should understand the ownership structure going in. According to the MLS report, club membership is mandatory and requires an equity purchase, with a membership fee listed at $350,000. Association dues are listed at $907 per month and include cable television, common areas, security and trash. Purchases are subject to buyer approval, and leasing is permitted with restrictions. Membership terms change, so current figures should be confirmed with the club and the listing agents.
With the community built out, supply is fixed at those 285 homes. A renovated, single-story house on the water is a narrow slice of that.
