Beatport Takes Over Creative Offices in DTLA’s Arts District

Kennedy Wilson Brokerage arranged a 5,600-square-foot lease at 909 S. Santa Fe Ave. in the Arts District neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. Online electronic music streamer Beatport will take over the creative office space previously occupied by a prominent design agency.

AVP Jack Nathan and VP Caleb Hodge represented the landlord, 909 S Santa Fe Ave LLC. Terms of the lease are confidential.

“This is one of the best blocks in the Arts District,” said Nathan. “909 S. Santa Fe is between Soho Warehouse and Warner Music Group with Bestia literally around the corner. For creative companies like Beatport, it doesn’t get better than this in L.A.”

The move-in ready building was built in 1917 and features a bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls, skylights, a communal patio space and gated parking. Notable tenants nearby include Warner Music Group, Condé Nast, Splendid, Spotify, Honey, HOK, Califia Farms, and Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator.
