Comedian and writer Larry David, co-creator of “Seinfeld” and mastermind of HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” is curbing his real estate.
He’s listed one of his picturesque Pacific Palisades, CA, properties for $8,975,000.
This extravagant home, designed by Los Angeles-based firm Johnston Marklee, was custom built in 2013, after the half-acre lot was purchased in 2011 for $2 million. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 5,000 square feet.
David is no stranger to this upscale L.A. neighborhood, however. Over a decade ago, the star bought and sold an English Country manor in the area for $12 million.
