Urban Edge Properties announced three new long-term leases at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 712,000 square foot grocery-anchored, regional power center in Glenarden, Maryland.
MahoganyBooks will occupy 2,077 square feet, The Joint Chiropractic will have a 1,162 square foot location, and Milkshake Factory’s space will span 1,661 square feet.
“Woodmore Towne Centre is the heart of the community with Wegman’s drawing daily customers who will benefit from these new businesses,” said Paul Schiffer, Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge. “Placing local entrepreneurs alongside brands with existing followings creates more opportunity for everyone and improves the customer experience at the center.”
