Ownership here carries the fees of a bundled golf community, and they are worth understanding up front. The homeowners’ association fee is $937 quarterly, the master association at Babcock Ranch is $408 quarterly, and the mandatory club fee is $572 quarterly, for total annual recurring fees of $10,074 per the listing. Those figures cover the golf membership and the amenity campus described above.
