In September, Ohio-based Union Home Mortgage reached an agreement to acquire assets of Sierra Pacific Mortgage, incorporating all Sierra Pacific’s retail branches and wholesale broker relationships into its portfolio.
With more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience, Lindblom served as chief operating officer at lender and servicer Arc Home from August 2022 to February 2024 before she joined Sierra Pacific. Lindblom has also worked as a self-employed strategy and operations consultant through her firm, Streamlined Operations Solutions LLC.
Lindblom previously held COO roles at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., Kind Lending and Planet Home Lending, and spent five years at Stearns Wholesale as managing director of national fulfillment and operations.
She was named a HousingWire HW Woman of Influence in 2019 and received HousingWire’s Vanguard award in 2020 and 2023.
Lindblom’s move to Acra marks another new leader for the company. In August, the non-QM lender appointed Shawn Stone as chief executive officer.
