Silverstein Properties announced lease agreements totaling 53,146 square feet at US Bank Tower, its 72-story office tower in Downtown Los Angeles. Silverstein signed an 18,971-square-foot expansion with international law firm King & Spalding, growing its footprint to 42,663 square feet of contiguous space. The firm also signed a five-year extension of its existing lease that will keep its Los Angeles office at US Bank Tower through at least 2033.
Additionally, Silverstein signed a new 10-year agreement with Zurich North America to relocate its Los Angeles office. The firm will occupy 10,483 square feet when it moves from 777 South Figueroa in summer 2026; it is already a Silverstein tenant in New York. These leases follow Silverstein’s early March agreement with law firm Wilson Elser to relocate its Los Angeles office to a full floor at US Bank Tower.
Silverstein Properties was represented in-house by Harlan Strader and by Jaclyn Ward, James Malone, Marin Turney and Sarah Hancock of JLL. King & Spalding was represented by John Izard, Carla Williams and Eric Duncanson of Cushman & Wakefield. Zurich was represented by Scott Becket of JLL.
