Senior Counsel Stefan O’Grady at Loyola Law School’s MCLE Day

Senior Counsel Stefan O’Grady presented “Conservatorships Demystified: Exploring California’s Conservatorship Types and Their Impact.” His presentation detailed the differences between Temporary, Limited, Probate, and LPS Conservatorships, when they are required, the circumstances under which courts are likely to order them, and their implications on the civil rights of those concerned.
