Selldorf Architects Signs Long-Term Renewal at 860 Broadway

Colliers SVP Seth Hecht has secured a 10-year, 13,815-square-foot lease renewal for architecture firm Selldorf Architects at 860 Broadway. Hecht represented Gordon Property Group in completing the long-term renewal transaction.

Selldorf Architects was represented by Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss of Savills. Led by internationally acclaimed architect Annabelle Selldorf, the firm has called 860 Broadway home for the past two decades.

“860 Broadway is one of Manhattan’s iconic office buildings, and its location continues to make it a highly desirable destination for creative and innovative companies,” said Hecht. “When a firm as globally respected as Selldorf Architects commits to another decade in the building, it speaks to both the property’s enduring appeal and the long-term strength of this market.”

In addition to Selldorf Architects, current 860 Broadway tenants include Industrious, Valon and retail tenant Uniqlo. Hecht is also representing Gordon Property Group in leasing three additional Manhattan office properties.
