NAIOP SoCal will induct Rexford Industrial co-CEO and director Howard Schwimmer into its Hall of Fame as part of its 2024 Industry Awards Gala. The event is scheduled for May 16 at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles.

Schwimmer’s 40-year professional career has been dedicated exclusively to Southern California’s infill industrial real estate. He serves on the USC Lusk Center Real Estate Leadership Council, is a board member of USC Hillel and was recently the Allocation Committee Chair of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Real Estate Principals Organization
