The Beverly Hills home of late Hollywood icon Diane Keaton just took a nearly 20 percent price cut.
The Spanish Colonial Revival home in the city’s Flats neighborhood is now for sale for just shy of $21 million, down from its original October list price of $25 million, Robb Report reported. The listing is held by Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates.
Keaton acquired the North Roxbury Drive manse in 2007 from Madonna for $8.1 million. “The Godfather” star undertook a widespread renovation of the property before ultimately selling it in 2010 to film and TV producer Ryan Murphy for $10 million, according to the New York Post. The home’s current owners, hedge fund manager Seth Wunder and his wife Cailin, purchased the property from Murphy in 2021 for $16.5 million.
The home spans roughly 8,400 square feet with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Meticulous touches throughout the house include period lighting, wrought-iron accents, a combined foyer and library and a stone fireplace. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace as well as two balconies, a dressing room and two baths. The lot also boasts a guest house, a pool and spa and a sports court, as well as a gym, wine cellar and two-car garage.
In addition to being an acclaimed actor, Keaton was also an interior design author and a noted house renovator and flipper. Prior to her death, “The Family Stone” star occupied a Pinterest-inspired home known as “The House That Pinterest Built,” named after her book of the same name, in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. That home is now for sale for nearly $27 million.
Keaton at one point was also the owner of a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed midcentury home in Los Angeles’ Rustic Canyon neighborhood. That property was recently on the market for $12.8 million, according to Robb Report.
