According to data from Altitude and REColorado MLS systems, this closing set a new record for the highest sale in the Weisshorn neighborhood. The highest sale previously for on-market listings was 114 N Gold Flake Terrace, which closed for $6,245,000 on February 7, 2024 per Altitude MLS.
