Commercial real estate development and management company Sunny Skies Terrace has completed the first phase of a multi-year redevelopment of TAWA Gateway in San Gabriel. As part of Phase One, 14 new food, entertainment, and lifestyle retailers are coming online in 2026 and through early 2027.

Anchored by 99 Ranch Market, TAWA Gateway welcomes nearly three million visitors annually, according to Sunny Skies Terrace. In the coming months, the center will continue to make capital improvements and renovations. Businesses will remain open during this period.
