Mojo Coffee Officially Opens in Chicago’s Loop

Mojo Coffee has officially opened at 70 W. Madison in Chicago’s Loop, taking over a ground-floor corner of the office tower owned and managed by partners, Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management.

The New Zealand-born specialty roaster joins over 244,000 square feet of leasing activity across the building in recent months, including significant lease extensions and new commitments. Since acquiring 70 W. Madison in December 2024 for $85 million, Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management have continued to invest in various infrastructure modernization, building upgrade, and tenant improvement projects while expanding its occupancy.

Mojo Coffee’s opening activates a prime 1,576-square-foot retail space with both street and direct lobby access. Mojo is replacing a roughly 1,500-square-foot Starbucks that exited the market as part of nationwide closures. Mojo also has cafes in Chicago at 190 South LaSalle Street, 200 South Wacker, and 330 N. Wabash Ave in River North.
