Sentral DTLA 755, a resort-style residential community located in Downtown Los Angeles, has signed a lease with Mad Lab Coffee for ground-floor retail space at 755 S. Spring St. The Los Angeles-based coffee roaster’s new 1,210-square-foot location is slated to open in the spring
Brand Urban’s Christine Nebiar and Taryn Brandes represented the landlord, Sentral, as part of Brand Urban’s national consultancy across Sentral’s retail portfolio. Mad Lab Coffee was represented by Dan Fagan and Richard Cheng of Urban Lime.
“Mad Lab complements the Sentral DTLA brand, sharing a commitment to crafting local experiences, going beyond just a coffee shop,” said Nebiar. “We anticipate that Mad Lab will be a real community anchor for the residents and local neighborhood.”
The upcoming location at Sentral DTLA 755 marks Mad Lab Coffee’s fifth storefront, with three coffee shops currently located throughout Los Angeles and one in Canoga Park.
