Hollywood Park, a mixed-use mega-development under construction in Inglewood, has expanded its residential offering with the debut of The Crosby. The 214-unit apartment property is now open for leasing.
“Building on the success of The Wesley, our first residential building, we’re excited to offer a sister property that complements and enhances the overall community that continues to take shape at Hollywood Park,” said Otto Maly, president of Kroenke Holdings.
When complete, Hollywood Park will include up to five million square feet of creative office space, up to 890,000 square feet of retail, a 300-key hotel and up to 2,500 new residences. The outdoor-oriented retail and residential offerings will border a six-acre artificial lake while being interlaced with 25 acres of tree-lined public parks and open space. It’s also home to SoFi Stadium, which is scheduled to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Summer Olympics.
