Henry’s Gymnasium has officially opened its second Puget Sound location.
Located at 1617 Boylston Ave in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Henry’s Capitol Hill is the second Seattle-area location for Henry’s. The fitness club currently has another location open in Lower Queen Anne.
“We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome new friends and neighbors into our newest location on Capitol Hill,” said Henry’s Gymnasium Owner Glen Swain. “Henry’s distinctive new location in the 100-year-old Boylston Garage is more than just a gym. We’re community-oriented and focused on truly celebrating diversity while honoring the human spirit and community history through art.”
The new location’s comprehensive recovery suite will also include innovative therapies designed to decrease members’ stress, increase circulation, and boost immunity and energy—including a Finnish sauna, cryo-contrast ‘cold plunge’ therapy, hydro massage, red light therapy and infrared salt sauna.
