This is a particularly meaningful certification since it’s primarily based on employee feedback and is among the most credible accolades that a company can receive. Last year marked the first time the firm was certified by Great Place to Work, and this year’s certification made the firm eligible to be selected to Fortune’s 100 Best Small Workplaces and Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ lists. In July, the firm was named a Best Places to Work So Cal by Best Companies Group.
Great Places to Work uses a combination of employee surveys and a Culture Brief™ questionnaire to determine the Trust Index. The companies with the highest Trust Index become Great Place to Work Certified.
