Georgia Power’s M Purchase of an Atlanta Warehouse Led 6-10 Top Atlanta/SE Stories for 2025


A number of big-named companies led the way when it came to the 6-10 most widely read stories in the Atlanta/Southeast region for 2025.

Georgia Power spending $94 million on an Atlanta warehouse was the 6th most widely read story in The Atlanta/Southeast area for 2025. ICM Property Group was the seller.

Pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim leased 73,000 square feet at Medley, the former State Farm headquarters office in Johns Creek. The move turned out to be the 7th most read story.

Rounding out the 6-10 most-read stories for the year, Hendrick Motorsports bought a 27-acre parcel in Concord to build an industrial park (8th story). Homebuilder Taylor Morrison paid $58 million for lakefront property outside of Charlotte (9th story). The company is permitted to build 499 units on 162 acres. And, a 50,000-square-foot Publix supermarket will anchor a Decatur shopping center (10th).
