infinitSpace, a Europe-based flexible workspace provider and technology platform, announced its entry into the U.S. through a long-term partnership for 612 S. Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. The company’s first U.S. location, known as beyond Broadway DTLA, is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026.
The new location will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet across floors two to five of the Desmond’s Building. It will provide approximately 400 memberships through private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges and community areas, together with a rooftop event space. An option for the sixth floor could add a further 8,500 square feet..
beyond Broadway DTLA will become infinitSpace’s 15th location worldwide. The company is targeting 30 new U.S. locations over the next 24 months. Rather than taking conventional leases, the company enters long-term management partnerships with property owners, which retain ownership and long-term control of their assets
