Colliers’ Integrated Advisory Services Team has secured the leasing assignment of Brookfield’s California Market Center (CMC), a 1.9-million-square-foot hub for creative office and mixed-use space located at 110 E. 9th St. in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles. Vice chair Matthew Heyn, EVP Ian M. Gilbert, and first VP Kristen Bowman will lead the marketing and leasing efforts.

CMC comprises 13 floors across three buildings, with Buildings A and B tailored for creative office tenants, and Building C dedicated to fashion tenants and showrooms.
