  • Kidder Mathews has added investment sales specialist Calvin Lee as an SVP in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Lee was with Marcus & Millichap, where he started his career in 1995. He has closed more than $1 billion in transactions involving multifamily, single-tenant net lease retail and shopping center properties. 
  • Clayco hired DeAndre Young as MEP project director, working out of the company’s Culver City office. With more than 26 years of experience in project management, Young will oversee all aspects of MEP projects, with a focus on healthcare, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the process. 
  • Project Management Advisors, Inc. has promoted Robert Ten Eyck to VP, based in Los Angeles. With a track record of completing projects ahead of time to increase profitability and company margins, Ten Eyck brings extensive expertise in management and P&L control to the role. 
  • Kami Kinkaid, AIA, LEED AP has joined DLR Group in San Francisco as a client leader | principal. She brings more than 25 years of experience with an expertise in education markets. 
  • Irvine-based MVE + Partners, a leading architecture, planning, interior design and urban design firm, has opened MVE Architects Mexico, its first Latin-America-based office in Guadalajara, Mexico. The new studio will be led by director of Mexico Studio Liliana Bernardis and senior manager Ana Lucia Ramirez
  • Carlsbad-based Grand Pacific Resorts won Best Management Company at the 14th annual GNEX Vacation Industry Awards held in February at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Grand Pacific Resorts has won the Best Management Company award.  
  • Telescent, a leading manufacturer of automated fiber cross connects for network and data center operators, has launched its new G5 Robotic Patch Panel system. The new and enhanced G5 automated cross connect management system will be showcased at the Optical Fiber Communications (OFC) Conference 2024, taking place from March 24-28, 2024 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego.
