California Bank & Trust Relocates to DTLA’s Aon Center

California Bank & Trust is relocating its Los Angeles office to Carolwood LP’s AON Center. The bank is moving from 550 S. Hope St. into 28,603 square feet of office space at 707 Wilshire Blvd.

“This deal is proof that the Downtown Los Angeles office market is alive and still very active,” said Adam Tischer, SVP at Colliers, who assembled and is part of the tower’s ownership group. “On behalf of the Carolwood team, we are excited to welcome a tenant of such quality with an outstanding reputation.”

Colliers vice chair Matthew Heyn and EVP Ian M. Gilbert brokered the lease on behalf of the ownership group and landlord Carolwood LP. ”California Bank & Trust’s decision to relocate to 707 Wilshire further speaks to the property’s reputation as a prestigious address for businesses that aspire to thrive in the dynamic heart of the city,” said Gilbert. CBRE’s Adam Selter represented the bank.
