Construction firm C.W. Driver Companies announced the completion and opening of Begonia Place in Temple City, a neighborhood northeast of Los Angeles. Located at 5570 Rosemead Blvd., the $37.8-million mixed-use residential project is the firm’s first partnership with owner Begonia Real Estate Development.
With 74 apartment units ranging from 732 to 1,251 square feet, Begonia Place offers two- and three-bedroom layouts in the four-story development, 19 of which are multi-floor penthouses. The first floor of Begonia Place provides 14,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, with a secured subterranean garage for visitors and residents. The community is also pet friendly. ”
