Cresa arranged a lease for 6,495 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust’s PENN 1 for Acuity Knowledge Partners, a global provider of research and analytics services to the financial services industry. The lease runs for seven years.
The relocation to PENN 1 occurs amid significant growth for Acuity, following a recent acquisition in the data automation space and expansion of its client base. The company now serves more than 500 firms in sectors such as banking, asset management, private equity and consulting.
“Our client elected to move their Manhattan headquarters into Midtown, where there were several good opportunities,” said Cresa SVP Nick Markel. “They chose a LEED Gold-certified building with brand-new infrastructure, unparalleled access to transportation, and abundant wellness and work-related amenities throughout the PENN DISTRICT campus. In addition, they will have custom-built offices.”
Vornado was represented in-house. The tenant is scheduled to take possession of the space in 2025.
