Charlie Puth Lists Mid-Century House in Beverly Hills

Charlie Puth has listed a Mid-Century Modern home with broad eves and floor-to-ceiling glass walls in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates for nearly $17 million.

The pop star and producer known for such songs as “See You Again” is selling the 4,800-square-foot home at 1875 Carla Ridge, according to the Robb Report.

He bought the home, known as “The de Cordova House,” in 2017 for $9 million.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house was built and designed in 1965 by Rex Lotery for Freddie de Cordova, a longtime producer of “The Tonight Show,” and his wife, Janet.

The split-level home, built of concrete, wood, glass and stone, was renovated recently. Its terrazzo-clad rooms flow out to courtyards with sweeping views of canyons and Los Angeles.

Nestled behind hedges and gates on a half-acre, the ridgetop house contains a motor court for up to nine cars. Its double-front doors lead into a foyer with a floating staircase that descends into a living room lined with built-in shelving and walls of glass, according to Robb.

Highlights include a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining room with a sculptural chandelier and a  gourmet kitchen with wood cabinets, marble countertops, an eat-in island, commercial-grade appliances and a hidden refrigerator.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, steam shower and sauna.

Outdoors, the landscaped grounds have a swimming pool with a sundeck and fire pit.

Listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency is showing the home only to pre-qualified clients. Puth also owns properties in Studio City and Santa Barbara.
