Project partners, city officials, and Gardena Mayor Cerda joined the Cityview and Stockbridge teams to mark the milestone.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official completion of One Nassau Place, a 331,700-square-foot industrial facility in Staten Island, developed by Sagard Real Estate. The asset is currently the largest new construction single-story warehouse available in New York City, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
