Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has leased a 0.9-acre portion of 4187 State St. in Montclair to Mission Steel Fabrication. The lease creates 100% occupancy at the 2.8-acre property, which is also leased to C Below, Inc.
Mission Steel, a local steel fabrication and distribution business is expanding operations from nearby Redlands. Its new location offers a 12,000-square-foot warehouse and office; fully paved, lit and secured yard; and a central Inland Empire West location with proximity to the I-10 freeway and Highway 60.
“IOV is excited to work with Mission Steel as they expand their operations in the Inland Empire,” said Ben Backer, acquisitions officer Western Region, IOV. “The company’s long-term commitment and investment in 4187 State illustrates the demand for quality improvements in the industrial outdoor storage space.”
