Global Holdings has signed RillaVoice Inc., an AI-powered conversational intelligence platform for field teams, to a 57,350-square-foot, 10-year lease for the entire eighth-floor penthouse at 25 Kent, which features close to 4,000 square feet of private outdoor space. The deal is reportedly the largest office lease signed in Williamsburg, and among the largest in Brooklyn, since the beginning of last year, when Global Holdings assumed primary management of 25 Kent. Rilla was represented by Cooper Weisman and Ryan Gessin of Newmark.
