CIM Group has completed construction of a 55,673-square-foot, three-story creative office building with two levels of below-grade parking at 3000 Crenshaw Blvd. in Los Angeles. The owner-operator said 3000 Crenshaw offers open flexible design options with 12’6” ceiling heights and large operable windows in a contemporary, architecturally distinctive design featuring glass and steel elements.
3000 Crenshaw offers convenient access to public transit including the Metro E line and the upcoming Crenshaw/LAX rail line, according to CIM Group. It’s also at the epicenter of a neighborhood with numerous businesses along Crenshaw and the nearby West Adams district with its eclectic dining, retail and housing options.
The 3000 Crenshaw office building is one of several developments CIM Group has brought to the area on land acquired from the West Angeles Church, part of CIM Group’s longstanding partnership with the church designed to create jobs and attract businesses to South Los Angeles.
