CBRE has arranged the sale of CentrePointe Greens, a 186-unit garden-style multifamily property in Everett, Washington, to an undisclosed buyer. CBRE’s Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington and Kyle Yamamoto represented the seller.
CentrePointe Greens, located at 8600 18th Ave. W, was built in 1990 and features one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 835 square feet. The majority of the units have been updated and are achieving rent premiums. Community amenities include a renovated fitness center, a clubhouse, an indoor pool and spa, a playground, and a dog park. The property is adjacent to Kasch Park and the Walter E. Hall Park and Golf Course, with many units offering greenbelt and golf course views.
“Currently, no projects exceeding 100 units are under construction in Everett, positioning the property to benefit from a projected supply shortage over the next five years,” said CBRE’s Hanacek.
