Managing directors Ed Rosen and John Chu and SVP Tyler Sinks have joined Northmarq’s multifamily investment sales platform in its San Diego office. The team was most recently with Berkadia, and collectively has completed nearly 500 transactions with total consideration of more than $17 billion.
Rosen and Chu each bring 35-plus years of experience to Northmarq after serving as managing directors at Berkadia for the past eight years. With more than a decade of multifamily experience, Sinks most recently served as senior director at Berkadia.
