Downtown Burbank will soon be home to an expanded Scum & Villainy Rendezvous Cantina. The new 5,300-square-foot space will be the second location for the popular immersive, multiverse fan experience bar and restaurant, joining the inaugural location in Hollywood.
“I’ve wanted to expand into Burbank for some time,” said Scum & Villainy creator and managing partner J.C. Reifenberg. “As the heart of the entertainment industry and home to major studios, year-round creative talent, and millions of entertainment tourists, it’s the perfect setting for our experiential destination.”
Established in 2016, Scum & Villainy became famous for catering to fans of all types from Star Trek and Marvel to “infinity and beyond.” The Downtown Burbank cantina, located at 346 N. First St., is set to open later this year. To further support Downtown Burbank’s creative community and fans, the expanded location will include a podcast studio, streaming capabilities and stage, and will launch a Wefunder investment opportunity to create Founders Fleets.
