Kylie Jenner is being sued by a former housekeeper, who has alleged that she was subjected to “severe and pervasive harassment” while working for the reality star at her $20 million Los Angeles mansion.
Jenner, 28, was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by Angelica Vasquez on April 17 alongside two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services.
Vasquez states in court documents that she began working for Jenner in September 2024, noting that she was initially based at the reality star’s Beverly Hills home but was moved to Jenner’s Hidden Hills property after just one week.
Here, she alleges that she was subjected to “hostility and exclusion” by her fellow staff members, claiming that much of this “harassment” was focused on her race and religion, according to court documents reviewed by People.
Describing herself as a “Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic,” Vasquez accuses other staff at the property, including the head housekeeper, of making “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” towards her, claiming that they created a “toxic and abusive work environment.”
At one point, in March 2025, Vasquez alleges that things took a violent turn when “a supervisor threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her.”
She does not make any specific claims about Jenner’s behavior in the lawsuit—which seeks punitive damages and restitution damages “in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld.”

She further claims that any “complaints” she made about the “harassment” she says she faced were “dismissed, mocked, or ignored,” according to the court documents.
Vasquez says she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.”
As a result, she claims she developed “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder,” including severe stress and anxiety, alleging that she was ultimately forced to take medical leave in July 2025—and felt she had no choice but to resign from her role one month later.

Jenner, who is currently in a very high-profile relationship with Timothee Chalamet, purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It served as the on-screen star’s primary residence for many years.
However, she has since moved into a sprawling new residence in Hidden Hills—a custom mansion that she spent years building to her exact specifications.
She purchased a huge plot of land in the area for $15 million in 2020, where she spent more than five years building her dream estate.
According to planning applications, Jenner had earmarked the parcel to serve as the location of an enormous 18,000-square-foot property that would offer her additional privacy and more room for her family to enjoy.
Among the features of her newly designed dwelling were a 12-car garage, guesthouse, sport court, and a security office, as well as an enormous swimming pool.
As a result, her original Hidden Hills dwelling has been put on the market for $20.3 million, as well as her Beverly Hills abode, which is listed for $48 million.

Jenner carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home, which is now “designed for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining,” according to the listing held by fellow reality TV star Josh Altman, of Douglas Elliman.
“The light-filled residence was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a spectacular open floor plan,” the description goes on.
The dwelling offers ample room for a Kardahsian-Jenner-sized brood, boasting eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, including an attached guest suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, sitting area, and courtyard.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the highlight of those living spaces is the primary suite, which is described as a “true retreat,” complete with its own private sitting area, two enormous walk-in closets, a stunning en suite bathroom—with a large stone soaking tub—and a balcony that overlooks the beautiful surrounding area.
As for entertaining spaces, the property is replete with living areas designed to host multiple guests, starting with the enormous chef’s kitchen that has two islands and “flows into a dramatic great room with walls of disappearing glass” that open it up to the picturesque grounds.
There is also a home theater, a wet bar, a game room, a gym, a massage room, and a beautifully decorated office with a fireplace.
The dwelling sits on a 1.4-acre parcel that is home to a glittering swimming pool and spa, an enormous patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit area.
Enormous windows fill every room with natural light throughout the day, while enormous trees lining the backyard help to ensure privacy.
The dwelling was one of three Hidden Hills homes purchased by Kylie over an 18-month period, becoming the last of the trio to be added to her portfolio of properties in the area.
She bought the first for $2.7 million at the tender age of 17, before picking up a nearby home for $6 million.
However, while the reality TV star offloaded the other two abodes within a year or so of buying them, she held on to the largest of the three, using it as a home base for herself and her children, Stormi and Aire.
