  • Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, a leading full-service law firm specializing in real estate, announced that real estate and land use attorney Kenneth Kecskes has joined the firm as a partner. Kecskes brings nearly three decades of experience counseling clients on complex transactional and entitlement matters statewide. 
  • ExchangeRight has added Mollie Boyce as SVP of national accounts, expanding its distribution team. In this role, Boyce will help advance ExchangeRight’s national distribution efforts by strengthening and expanding strategic partnerships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, custodial platforms, and other key institutional partners.  
  • BrightSky Residential, a leading developer of single-family build-to-rent communities, has promoted Donny Fineberg to director, capital markets. He now leads the firm’s joint venture equity platform and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring investments with institutional and private capital partners. 
  • Graystone Capital Advisors, a leading investment sales brokerage, has hired Steve Garthwaite as EVP. Garthwaite joins the company, leveraging more than a decade of specialized experience in single- and multi-tenant net lease investment sale advisory services. 
  • North Bridge, a New York-based provider of real estate credit solutions, appointed Kelly Souza as managing director, strategy & growth. Souza will lead West Coast originations, manage lender partnerships, and help drive the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. Souza joins North Bridge from Wells Fargo, where she most recently served as managing director, leading sustainable finance for the commercial real estate business.  
  • Dome Construction, one of California’s leading general contractors, has named Julie Ziegler director of its Thousand Oaks office. As director, Ziegler will oversee business development, safety, project delivery, and growth of Dome’s Thousand Oaks and Greater Los Angeles team. She joined Dome in 2016. 
  • Executive Placement: Courtney Mitchell – Sr. Manager, Investor Relations, Timberlane Partners: Courtney Mitchell was recently hired by Timberlane Partners  as Senior Manager, Investor Relations in Seattle, WA.  Timberlane is a Seattle-based real estate investment, development and asset management company with a focus on multifamily real estate.  She will be a key contributor in both capital formation and investor servicing, while also shaping and executing marketing initiatives. Courtney was previously with Columbia Pacific Advisors as Investor Relations Manager, Capital Formation.  Executive search firm RETS Associates  handled the search. 
  • Executive Listing:  Eldridge Acre Partners: Eldridge Acre Partners, a privately held real estate investment management firm specializing in U.S. real estate opportunities, is seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate in Century City, CA.  This role provides analytical support to the investments team, leading underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling.  The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with strong financial modeling and valuation skills.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.   • Zonda, a leading provider of housing market intelligence, advisory services, and technology solutions for the homebuilding industry, appointed Don Walker as EVP of Advisory. In this role, Walker will support the continued growth and evolution of Zonda’s Advisory practice, delivering strategic insights and actionable guidance to clients across the housing ecosystem. 
  • Procore Technologies, Inc., a provider of construction management software, acquired Datagrid, an acquisition intended to accelerate Procore’s AI strategy and deliver enhanced data connectivity for customers. As a leading vertical AI solution in the industry, Datagrid immediately extends Procore’s reach across the full construction ecosystem.
