Quality Title opened their doors February 1, 2004. Even though the company is young, we bring many years of experience to the closing table.

We offer all title and escrow services including residential, commercial and 1031 exchanges.

We pride ourselves in the fact that all title companies offer the same product so we set ourselves apart from the rest with our outstanding customer service, we do all that we can to make sure that the experience with Quality Title was not a good experience, but a GREAT one.

We love what we do, and it shows in how we treat the customer.  We must remember even though we do this everyday, the people we work with may only do it a few times in their lifetime, it is a very important thing to them in their lives and we must do everything that we can to make sure it is a GREAT experience for them.

I grew up in Utah County and love the area and all it has to offer me and my family. Utah is a great place to raise a family with its values and many great activities and of course its beauty.

I am Married to Colleen and we have a a daughter (she is giving us our first grandchild in September) and four sons. We love to camp, boat and just about anything to do with outdoors.

I have been in the Title and Escrow business since 1979. Unlike many in our industry, I have done every part of the business from starting out as a runner, title searcher, escrow officer and I now my wife and I own Quality Title. I have had the experience of helping 3 title companies open or expand to other locations.

I love working with people, I love the experience of helping people with their real estate purchases, but I will admit, my very favorite part is helping first time home buyers, there is nothing more exciting than watching a young couple buy their first home.
