George Patlan is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur. Not only is he a real estate go-getter. He is also a real estate go-getters educational guru. In his business career he has worked for small start-ups and major Fortune 500 companies. At the age of twenty-three while still in college he and his buddies’ packaged three major motion pictures each with multi-million dollar budgets and none of them had ever produced a film before.

Now, he is better know as the “Savvy Investor,” on his widely admired Internet show with the same name. He has personally acquired millions of dollars of investment properties, and despite running two other companies, creating advanced methods to teach others his techniques. He is actively acquiring multiple properties on a daily basis.
